The federal administrative court of Switzerland refused to the citizen of Ukraine and its five to children granting a shelter and ordered them to leave the country. Thus, the court supported the verdict rendered in June of this year of Federal Migration Service of Switzerland.
This decision is based that "Ukraine is the safe country for accommodation, and there are no medical or other indications for granting to natives of the shelter country in Switzerland".
48- the summer Ukrainian with five children aged from 9 till 21 year in January of this year tried to make the way to Switzerland from Italy on mountain passes. The Swiss rescuers found them in snow-covered mountains only on second day. Easily dressed children were threatened by frostbite, and only thanks to vigorous actions of the Swiss doctors "the Alpine transition" didn't turn back for them the tragedy.
Before attempt to make the way to Switzerland this family of 7 years lived in Hungary. The Swiss law-enforcement and migratory authorities recognize that between the woman and her husband living in Ukraine, "there is a conflict on the religious soil". "But it can be the basis for granting a shelter in Switzerland", - it is noted in the judgment.
